If you've used up your data you'll know because you'll get a message to let you know you're out of data. You've got two options:
Top up to tide you over
If you've used up all your data and need a little extra to get you through until your next recharge, you can top up on our website - it takes less than 2 minutes.
To top up your data go to your OVO Dashboard and choose the service that you'd like to top up. When you Top up you'll be asked to choose how much additional data you'd like and we'll charge your credit card. We'll send you an email or SMS to let you know that your data has been topped up - which happens almost immediately.
Top ups for data cost:
$5 / 500 MB
$10 / 1 GB
Wait until your next recharge
You don't have to top up - if you can go without until your next recharge that's fine too. You'll still be able to enjoy your unlimited OVO Time allowance - and if you're on OVO Mobile you'll still enjoy your unlimited standard calling and messaging allowance too.
