Firstly, if you're still waiting for your SIM card we're really sorry and we'd like to help you get your hands on it as soon as possible.
If your OVO SIM card has gone to the wrong address, or can't be delivered for some other reason, it will get returned to our warehouse. If that happens, we'll get in touch with you to let you know it's been 'returned to sender' and we'll ask you to confirm your address so that we can send it again.
All our SIM cards are sent on a 'regular service' with Australia Post. In most cases Australia Post takes 3 - 7 working days to deliver these. That said, it can take up to 10 days - especially when they're delivering to a rural area. If you've already waited for more than 10 working days and it hasn't been returned to our warehouse we treat your SIM card as lost. If that happens, we'll express post you a replacement SIM card free of charge.
