To top up your data
If you've used up all your data and need a little extra to get you through until your next recharge, you can top up. The easiest way to do that is on our app (you just need to download it from your app store). Of if you'd prefer you can top up on our website - it takes less than 2 minutes.
To top up your data on our website go to your OVO Dashboard and choose the service you'd like to Top up. When you Top up you'll be asked to choose how much additional data you'd like and we'll charge your credit card. We'll send you an email or SMS to let you know that your data has been topped up - which happens almost immediately.

To top up your OVO Extras or OVO Roaming credit
If you're running low on OVO Extras or OVO Roaming credit you also use our app or go to your OVO Dashboard. Once you're there you need to choose the service you'd like to manage and then choose what you'd like to add - OVO Extras or OVO Roaming. You'll be asked to choose how much credit you'd like to add and we'll charge your credit card. We'll send you an email or SMS to let you know that additional credit has been added - which happens almost immediately.
You can buy OVO Extras from as little as $5 and OVO Roaming is available from $15.
If you're running out of data, you can change plans at your next recharge - we don't charge you anything to change. Just make sure that you line up your change with your next recharge so that you don't lose any unused data or calling.
