Congrats on taking a step toward great value prepaid with OVO.
Before you can use your OVO service you'll need to activate your SIM card following the instructions on your SIM package - especially if you're porting your phone number.
You'll be asked to go to OVO.com.au/GetStarted and from there you'll need to:
- Provide some info about yourself so that you we know who you are and you can sign into our website and app
- Provide some info from a Government issued document for an identity check or provide an Australian credit card
- Provide a little extra info if you want to port your phone number to OVO
- And lastly, agree to our T&Cs
Once you've done that you'll receive an SMS or email to let you know that your SIM card has shown up on our network and you'll be good to go.
