Your Huawei modem comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. You're welcome to return your modem under this warranty if it's broken or faulty.
The warranty doesn't cover problems that have resulted from improper use, attempts to repair or reassemble it or misuse.
Under this warranty Huawei will provide you with a replacement modem or refund. To make a claim you need to:
1. Find your original receipt or invoice to provide 'proof of purchase'
2. Contact Huawei customers services: 1300 482 934 or http://consumer.huawei.com/au/support
3. Arrange the return of your modem following the instructions given to you by Huawei's Customer Service team
