You can check whether your phone or device is 4G compatible by looking at 'Settings' and then choosing the option for 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data'. Here's an example of how you find this on an iPhone:
If you're on a 4G network and you want to enjoy OVO using 4G coverage make sure that you've got 4G turned on. Once it's turned on, you'll automatically connect to OVO's 4G network whenever you're in an area covered by 4G. You can turn this on or off on your mobile or tablet but, we'd recommend that you leave it on.
When you're in a part of this great nation that's got no 4G coverage, your phone or tablet will automatically return to 3G coverage. When that happens it will make things seem a little slower - especially if you're watching video, but otherwise it shouldn't impact your enjoyment much at all.
You can see if you're connected to 4G anytime by looking at the network coverage icon on the top left of your screen - there's an example below so that you know what you're looking out for. This will say 3G or 4G depending on what coverage you're getting and show coverage bars that tell you how strong the network is.
